Exercising is good. This may not be true in every circumstances. There are some cases we should not exercise.
1. Do not Exercise before or after meal
2. Do not exercise in some improper places
3. Do not choose top exercise when you are in a bad mood
4. Do not over exercise and try to take it slow if you haven't exercised regularly
